Adjutor Healthcare is a rapidly growing, agile consulting business delivering expert development, regulatory and commercialisation services across the therapeutic goods industry. Our team supports local and international clients across the development and commercialisation spectrum for medicines, biologicals, medical devices, and cell and gene therapies.
Due to business expansion, we’re seeking additional, talented, individuals to join our collaborative, high-performing team.
This role offers the chance to gain diverse experience working closely with a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants across multiple clients, markets, products and regulatory pathways.
These are not entry-level positions. We are seeking Associates with 3-5 years’ of hands- on experience and above.

About You
- Degree qualified in life sciences or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
- Experience in Australian regulatory affairs, particularly TGA submissions (Cat 1s, Cat 3s, ODDs)
- High attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Committed to excellence and client-focused outcomes
- Consulting experience is advantageous but not essential
